How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those last-minute trips.
What is your return policy for outdoor gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, climbing equipment and certain technical items cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Temple Outdoor products come with a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Many of the premium brands we carry also offer their own extended manufacturer warranties.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Affirm for larger purchases.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
